Like many collectors, we made the mistake of not protecting certain boxes early on. Small dents, scratches, or worn shrink wrap did not seem like a big deal at the time. But when it came to selling or valuing those items later, the difference was obvious. Condition matters more than most people expect, and once damage is there, it cannot be undone.
That experience is what led to Mars TCG.
